Round 1 – March 2015
Welcome back to Clay Pigeon Kart Club for 2015 and welcome to all new and old members.
As you can see the progression of the Chelborough (the circuit owners) new all purpose building is coming along nicely with an estimated opening time of July 2015. It will have toilets/showers/signing on, together with upstairs balcony viewing and cafe with all of the circuits corporate areas encompassed within. This will make Clay Pigeon’s facilities the best in the South and amongst the best in the country so make sure you tell all your racing buddies that Clay Pigeon is the place to race!! Other plans in the pipeline for the future include pits, grandstands and other things. Watch this space for further details which should be announced soon or check us out on our Facebook page.
We have several championships visiting us this year with plenty of new racers enhancing our grids so the racing should be great to be involved in, Remember one of our ex members became the youngest KF Senior World Champion in 2014, well done Llando Norris and good luck with your car racing this year.
To all of our advertisers in the programme we would like to say a huge thank you and to all our members why not support them as they do you.
Tyres and litter. Please put all litter in the bins provided or in bin bags to our clearing up is a bit easier and, most importantly, PLEASE TAKE YOUR TYRES HOME. We are always looking for helpers at our race meetings so if you or anyone with you can help please come and see us in the signing on area or in the circuit reception. Without the officials and helpers race meetings would not happen, so go on the put something back into your club!!
