With almost 200 drivers in attendance, that left us requiring excess heats! 4 NKRA Senior Blue heats for their Grande Finals, 5 Junior Max Heats for their 46 Competitors 6 Senior Max Heats for their 53 Competitors!
With so much competition for the Grand Prizes, we naturally expected the competition to be fierce, close, with a number of spills to counteract the thrills. We were surprised!
The racing throughout all of the heats was immensely close with almost no penalties outside of Nosecones. The Finals were a little more interesting, but we got through them all (Though, I think the stewards are getting their sleeping bags out..
Thank You! It wasn’t without a couple of hitches, but considering we don’t really attract these numbers at club level, you have all allowed us to spend as much time out of the office and watching the racing!
Congratulations to the victors of the day, winning the NKRA Grande Finals, The Rotax O Plates, or Money as a runner-up, we hope you all can go home with huge smiles on your faces and a true sense of accomplishment.
