With 3 Red Flags in 2 of the first 4 races, the signs pointed to a weekend to forget, but the driving standards really did take a U-Turn and give us a weekend that will be remembered for the right reasons.
Fantastic racing throughout the day in weather, that looked like it would throw another spanner in the works, but turned into a holiday at home.
Whatever your results have been today, there is one positive you can all take from it – it’s a sign of the competition that’s to come in the next Round of the CPKC championship, incorporating the Rotax Festival!
For those not in the know, the Rotax Festival has been the pinnacle of the Rotax Racing calendar, since it’s inception in 2017. With the Support of J.A.G Rotax, we have been able to offer everything from Helmet bags, to Engines and Competitor Tickets to the Rotax Grande Finals in Portugal. Whilst this year’s event may pale in comparison to the bespoke, 2 day juggernauts of the previous years, this years 1 day shoot-out is going to be an all-or-nothing fight for all the Rotax E Plates.
