With the day starting with heavy fog and poor visibility, made all the more difficult by a sprinkling of rain at midday, the conditions were challenging – perfect for those who wanted to experience a little of everything Clay Pigeon Raceway has to offer!
As the sun starts to set on Round 3, we have had yet another strong day of racing. With limited Rotax entries due to the clashing first round of the Super One Series, we were blessed with the return of one of our historically stronger grids, the TKM’s.
Fights throughout the day offered us edge of our seat action with some classes really being anyone’s for the taking.
Results have been published, and are available at http://results.alphatiming.co.uk/cpkc/2018/3/
Trophy Presentation is about to begin, so if you are the circuit, please do stop by and show your support for your fellow drivers.
Don’t forget that next month is the return of the Wessex Challenge on the 12th May with the points being calculated with Round 4 on the 13th May to give a Wessex Champion!
Until next time, take care!
