The weather has been absolutely beautiful today and the perfect backdrop to the third round of the CPKC Championship.
With fierce racing from start to finish, especially in the Formula Blues where, with the Junior Blues, the battle was on for the National Kart Racing Association’s O Plate. With results still provisional at the time of writing this post, i couldn’t comment on the overall victors, but one thing i can say with certainty was that those victories were well earned!
Thank you, as always, to all the Marshals, Officials, Drivers, Teams, Medical Staff, Raceway staff, Spectators and all the other volunteers who make what we do a reality. Without you all, the club would not be able to operate these events that we all love to get involved with.
Unfortunately, due to supply issues that have been plaguing the UK, the Rotax Class tyres, Mojo, are at an extremely limited supply. As such, we will be moving forward with a secondary Tyre; Maxxis. Maxxis Tyres are available from the Circuit.
Next month we look forward to the first of our 2 day events; the Wessex Championship! Held over 2 separate one day events – the Wessex Challenge on the Saturday and Round 4 on the Sunday, points accumulated from both events will count towards crowning our 2022 Wessex Championship Winners!
