We would like to confirm that this year's Turkey Trot will be held on 11th December.

The Annual Awards Presentation Dinner will be on the 9th - the Friday before.

Steve Perry

It is with very sad regret that we have to advise the sad loss of our chief marshal Steve Perry who lost a fight against cancer and passed away on the evening of Wednesday, 2nd November. Steve had been a hard working supporter of the club and circuit for many years and had many friends and will be sadly missed.

We are now aware that the funeral of Steve will be held in Yeovil at 10:30, Wednesday 16th November.

Shaun Maslin

We have been sadly notified by his brother Keith, that Shaun Maslin, guardian of Nick Arthur, was tragically killed on Friday 21 October in an accident at work.

His funeral is 2pm on Wednesday 2 November at St Bartholomew's Church, Corsham SN13 0BY and after at Guyers House Hotel, Corsham.

Donations can be made to Wiltshire Air Ambulance c/o Merrits Funeral Directors, 57a Pickwick Road, Corsham SN13 9BS.

Let's Go Karting

As part of our continuing efforts to bring more people into the sport, Clay Pigeon Kart Pigeon is now officially part of the MSA's Let's Go Karting scheme.

With MSA and ABkC support we have extended our range of karts available for offering test drivers to prospective new drivers. We are continuing to run open days which have been a great success in introducing people to the sport and bringing in new club members. Check out the photos below of two visitors to one of our recent open days, showing off two new race-suits provided by the LGK scheme!

We are always on the lookout for new volunteers to help run these events; if you think you would be available to lend a hand please contact Mike or Cathy Wellington on 01458 841100
